TICKETS SECURITY FESTIVAL 2025
Welcome to the Security Festival 2025 - Registration is open
Here you will find information about the different ticket types you can choose from:
Full festival pass:
Provides full access to the festival including conference dinner on Monday and festival dinner on Tuesday.
One day pass :
Provides full access to the festival on your preferred day. Does not include dinner. Enhance your experience by selecting a dinner ticket with your booking (Monday or Tuesday)
Unspecified tickets:
You can purchase tickets on behalf of your colleagues by clicking “Order unspecified tickets”
ISF members:
As an ISF member you will receive early bird prices on tickets until the festival (early bird tickets are only sold in a limited edition). Members should now have received a separate invitation link to these tickets via email. If this has not been received, please contact sikkerhetfestivalen@macsimum.no
Ticket cancellation
If you need a refund for your ticket, please send an email with your request to sikkerhetningfestivalen@macsimum.no. We will refund the full ticket price minus a processing fee (NOK 300) for requests submitted before June 16, 2025.
No tickets will be refunded after June 16, 2025, and if you purchase tickets after this date, you cannot request a refund. This also applies to events that are canceled, partially or in full.
Notwithstanding the above, you will not receive a refund or be entitled to any other form of compensation if the event is cancelled or postponed, in whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes war, strikes, natural disasters, lockdowns, power outages, cyberattacks or other events that must be classified as force majeure, including any government measures as a consequence of pandemics.
GDPR
In connection with your ticket purchase, we collect the following information about you as a participant: Name, email, telephone number, company, position and gender.
Your email and phone number will be used to send you important communications about the conference.
Your personal festival pass has a unique QR code with your personal information. You can give sponsors and exhibitors permission to scan your code. The information shared includes: name, email, phone number, company and position.
A photographer will be present and take photos for marketing purposes.
