Purchase conditions for tickets to the Security Festival

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets to the Security Festival, organized by Macsimum AS. By purchasing tickets, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Ordering and payment

• Tickets can be purchased via our website at sikkerhetfestivalen.no or other authorized channels.
• Payment is made via Checkin, which is a secure payment solution. You will receive a confirmation email when your purchase is complete.

3. Prices
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and are excluding VAT (value added tax), unless otherwise specified.

4. Delivery of tickets

• Tickets are delivered as digital tickets via e-mail.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct email address and ensure that the ticket is downloaded and stored.

5. Right of withdrawal and refund

• According to Norwegian law, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets for cultural and event experiences (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act, Section 22).
• Purchased tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled. Administration fees and transaction fees may be deducted from any refund.

6. Changes and cancellation

• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program.
• If the event is cancelled, buyers will be refunded the ticket cost, excluding any fees.

7. Transfer of tickets

• Tickets are personal, but can be transferred to another participant. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide correct transfer information to the organizer.

8. Privacy

• When purchasing tickets, your personal information is registered and stored in order to deliver the ticket and provide necessary information about the event. Read more in our privacy policy .

9. Disclaimer

• The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters or technical problems.
