Side events to the Security Festival
Would you like to create a festival feel by organizing a side event? We understand that many people would like to contribute by doing something extra for the participants, and we appreciate this. Usually, this is reserved for our partners and paying sponsors/exhibitors, but if you would like to contribute, there are a few things we ask you to take into account to ensure a good experience for everyone:
Respect for the Program and Sponsors/Exhibitors
Side events should be held outside the regular program, out of respect for the organizer and paying sponsors and exhibitors. It is important that side events take place in “free time” and do not clash with the official activities.
Timings for Side events
Side events can take place at the following times:
Monday 25/8: Between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM
Tuesday 26/8: Between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM
There is also the possibility of arranging side events on the morning before the academic program. See here for the full festival program.
Information, communication and social media
